I was not very familiar with the Concur system or travel except for what I had learned the weeks prior to; however, since taking this position I have learned so much – and one reason is because of Nanci Dietz.
We have had a few different scenarios happen the past couple months that I know if I call, or email Nanci, she will help me understand what is going on, how we can fix it, and then take her time to explain why things happen.
In my opinion, Nanci does an amazing job, and I would not be as confident as I am with travel accommodations without her guidance.
