Robin Buchman brings over 35 years of extensive experience to Journey House. Her global travels have taken her to destinations including England, France, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Austria, the Caribbean (US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Tortola), Bermuda, the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, and Mexico.

Robin's favorite destination is France, where she adores the fine quality of life, small villages, pastries, and coffee. She also loves the charm of old downtown Salzburg, Austria, where she feels as though the hills are alive.

Her favorite aspect of cruising is the ease and abundance of activities and food right outside her door. For tours, Robin values the insights of a knowledgeable local guide, which enriches her understanding of the area. Her best travel tip is to avoid overpacking, as excess baggage can be burdensome, and repeating outfits goes unnoticed.

Robin's favorite part of her job is connecting with people. She enjoys learning about her clients' preferences and destinations, often discovering new favorite spots based on their recommendations.

We have had a few different scenarios happen the past couple months that I know if I call, or email Nanci, she will help me understand what is going on, how we can fix it, and then take her time to explain why things happen.

In my opinion, Nanci does an amazing job, and I would not be as confident as I am with travel accommodations without her guidance.
